Apprenticeship Training

Sauter AG firmly believes it has a social obligation to fulfil and this is why it is currently training 45 apprentices in polymechanics, electrotechnology, automation and IT.

Close contact with educational establishments is part of our concept. Our main areas of specialisation are electotechnology, IT, automation and building equipment. New Employee Induction Programme

We provide a structured induction programme in which new employees are accompanied throughout their probationary period and at the end of which a detailed discussion takes place. This process-orientated method of work with an ISO certified management system helps new employees through the introductory phase and enables them to enter the work process quickly.

Further Training

skills and competencies across all vocational fields, thereby contributing to overall employability and acquiring a highly-prized skills set for today’s world. Further training needs are established with the employer at the annual employee discussion forum. Every year the training programme is geared towards meeting current needs. Particular emphasis is placed on developing cognitive and specialised skills, as well as management and method competencies.

Sauter received the Leadership Award 2006 for its exemplary internal training of managers.
