Conditions of Employment - SAUTER HeadOffice Basel
Our employees enjoy the advantages of a full contract of employment following agreement with the Swiss Mechanical, Electrical and Metal Engineering Industry (contractual term: 1 January 2006 – 30 July 2013).
Working Hours:
40 hours per week, plus compensatory time
Annual Leave per Calendar Year:
- after 20th birthday 25 working days
- after 40th birthday 27 working days
- after 50th birthday 30 working days
Social Provisions:
- Autonomous pension scheme with defined benefits and good performance
- Maternity leave 16 weeks
- Daily sick pay @ 90% of the insured salary
