EYZ 291: novaNet291 router

The novaNet router (EYZ 291) is part of the EY3600 family of systems. It enables a PC to be connected to the EY3600 novaNet system bus. This can be done either direct via the serial COM port or via dial-up modem or any type of connected or unconnected RS232-compatible pair of devices (ISDN adaptor, line driver, fibre-optic converter, leased-line modem, radio modem, etc.). This allows, amongst other things, the system to be accessed remotely (router mode) and monitored remotely (routel mode).
