SBA Installation on the Internet
The fact that our products and systems are also employed on our own premises is not just to do with tradition. This is also the case with EY3600 novaPro Open.
So that the installation in operation can also, if necessary, be accessed by the technical staff from home, the installation at SBA’s premises has been designed so as to allow access from the internet.
In ‘public-access’ mode, the real data points cannot be switched, and nor can the setpoints be altered. This is why we have installed a special installation with simulator and a live web-cam. On this screen you can issue switching commands and view the feedback signal at the relevant switch and also at the LED on the novaSim simulator via the web-cam. You can alter a positioning command either in steps of 10% or by entering a value direct. It is also possible to view live pictures from the web-cam.
A comment has to be entered before switching command 36 (‘Comment’) can be executed. This type of assignment for commands and setpoints is recommended for projects that have to be processed in accordance with FDA regulations (Food and Drug Administration) CFR21 Part 11.
In the real images, you can view the current values, call up the alarm list and the historical data in the relevant graphics, and analyse the data.
