| EYS 180: novaNet180 repeater The EYS180 novaNet repeater is part of the EY3600 family of systems. It is a plug-in card for the EYU108 and 109 racks and expands the EY3600 novaNet system bus. It enables large distances to be covered and several AS/PC subscribers to be connected in a network. An incoming telegram is amplified and forwarded to the three output channels. The repeater's transparency within the EY3600 novaNet system bus enables all telegrams to pass without regard to address and direction. It has four channels with equal authorisation, three of which can be used for transmission via optic fibres. Technical description
