EYU 108, 109: nova106, rack for modular DDC

The EYU108 and EYU109 racks are part of the EY3600 nova106 family of systems. It forms the basis for modular automation stations. The EY3600 automation stations provide the ability to monitor, optimise and control HVAC installations. Depending on the version, the nova106 rack can hold 5 (EYU108) or 11 plug-in cards (EYU109). One slot is reserved for a processor/power-supply card, which is required in order to run the modular automation station. Furthermore, in a second reserved slot, a UPS card with 12 V accumulator can be employed; in the event of a power failure, it ensures that the function cards can operate without interruption. The EYU108 and EYU109 racks are equipped with an RJ-11 (6/4) novaNet socket. 16 terminals are assigned to each card slot. The plant devices (potential-free contacts, temperature sensors, motors, etc.) are connected to these terminals; there are either 24 or 60 hardware addresses available.
